Five Reasons why Iron Fist is in Luke Cage Season 2

Ever since a photo was posted on Finn Jones Instagram revealing his character Danny Rand A.K.A The Iron Fist and Mike Colters Luke Cage, many people have speculated as to why he might find himself in Luke Cage Season 2. Both actors have previously teased about their relationship and 'Heroes for Hire' partnership but there has never been any concrete evidence that their small friendship could blossom into a full blown partners in crime dynamic (or crime fighting, as it were), until now. Here are five reasons why Danny could find himself in Harlem: (Feature Image: Netflix) Next: Reason 1- Rand Enterprises Reason 1: Rand Enterprises His company, Rand Enterprises will buy up some businesses or buildings around the area. Rand buys properties on a daily basis, so it is not hard to imagine them doing some work in Harlem. Maybe Danny catches wind of this and decides to give Luke a visit. Another option could be that Danny buys up the buildings in Harlem to keep the bad guys out, a plus for crime fighting, a negative for flashing your cash. Next: Reason 2- Daughters of the Dragon Reason 2: Daughters of the Dragon His girlfriend, Colleen Wing (Jessica Henwick) is in Harlem to visit Misty Knight. The pair teamed up in the comics to form Daughters of the Dragon alongside Luke and Danny's Heroes for Hire. Their relationship was already teased in The Defenders with them fighting Bakudo together. Next: Reason 3- Misty's Bionic Arm Reason 3: Misty's Bionic Arm This reason links itself to the last one. In the original Marvel comics, Misty Knight's bionic arm was bought by Tony Stark but since he is in the MCU films, Danny's money and company are the next best thing. We have already seen Misty using her arm in new Luke Cage pictures and Colleen already expressed that the hospital that Misty was being treated in The Defenders is owned by Danny. Next: Reason 4- The Defenders Reason 4: The Defenders Luke needs Danny's help. This reason seems the most plausible as it is a continuation of The Defenders. Perhaps Luke gets into trouble and him and Misty cannot fight their opponent on their own so they enlist the help of Danny (and maybe, Colleen). Next: Reason 5- Money Reason 5: Luke needs money. This is not the best reason but never say never, Danny is no stranger to offering money away and maybe his donations will help with Harlem or fighting an evil. Either way, it is exciting and these ideas spawn lots of other reasons as to why he may be there. Why do you think he is in Harlem?
