Ahead of Wonder Woman’s presence at San Diego Comic-Con, stills from EW’s upcoming SDCC exclusive issue leaked online. The images were of the low-res variety, but are now available in higher resolution. The images show the Princess preparing for battle and sleuthing with Steve Trevor. Most notable is how much her suit has changed in comparison to her appearance in Batman v Superman. The red and blue color scheme pops more, but she still looks ready to throw down at any given moment. Check them out in all their beautiful glory in the gallery below.

Gal Gadot has previously teased the differences fans will see in the character’s younger self. However, she spoke nothing of the new design. Of course, a costume change should be expected. The Diana Prince that joins man’s world amidst the brutality of World War II is to have an outlook remarkably altered from her BvS counterpart. It’s good to know that the change in time, and character, will also be reflected in her battle armor.

“Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

“Wonder Woman stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Robin Wright as General Antiope, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Lucy Davis as Etta Candy, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Ewen Bremner and Saïd Taghmaoui. The film is directed by Patty Jenkins and written by Allan Heinberg and Geoff Johns, story by Zack Snyder & Allan Heinberg.”

Wonder Woman opens in theaters June 2, 2017.
