After the success of the release of The Last of Us Part II, a lot of people are curious as to what’s in store for director Neil Druckmann. Besides the upcoming TLOU series for HBO, Druckmann has taken time to list down some IP that he would like to work on.

When asked by a fan what franchise Druckmann would like to develop into a game, Druckmann answered:

With the release of Avengers: A-Day by Square Enix being one of the biggest flops of 2020, Marvel is kind of lagging behind when it comes to video game titles. If someone with Druckmann’s status wants to make a Marvel game, it would be smart for Marvel to actually meet up with him; especially since the future of The Punisher IP is still kind of murky. If Frank Castle can’t make it to the big screen, maybe a video game from a AAA title director will turn a few heads. I guess you can say the same thing when it comes to Ghost Rider.

Besides that, I would be interested to see what Druckmann would do with a Cowboy Bebop game. With the Netflix adaptation currently in the works, a game centered on the crew of the Bebop is sure to be something fans would be asking for in the near future. Let’s just hope Druckmann doesn’t get too busy.

No release date has been set for The Last of Us series on HBO, but you can play The Last of Us Part II now available for the PS4.
