Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Gets a Gameplay/Story Trailer

After Star Wars Battlefront II, EA has decided to commission Respawn Entertainment to give us Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. We just got a good chunk of gameplay footage for the game, and we also have a new story trailer which shows us a familiar face from Rogue One.

Check it out:

Here’s the gameplay footage which details a mission on Kashyyyk:

This is just my personal opinion, but I think some of the physics for the game actually look a bit clunky. The blaster bolts from the troopers come out really slowly, and I kind of think Cal’s posture when he’s standing is kind of weird.

Maybe it’s because I got used to Battlefront II, but I thought they nailed down the feel of the blasters and the Jedi pretty well. Things seem to be slowed down for the game so players can navigate things easier.

Either way, the game still has a lot of time to do some polishing, so maybe my concerns will be gone by November. The world still looks amazing, and for anyone not into shooters, maybe the traditional action-platformer is their cup of tea when it comes to Star Wars games.

Catch Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order when it comes out for PC, Xbox One, and PS4 on Nov. 15.
