The CW may have cancelled Batwoman, but their continuing their stab at the world of Gotham with a new show called Gotham Knights. The series is set to premiere sometime next year, and we just got our first trailer showcasing this new group of Gotham’s defenders.

Here’s the official series description:
Based on characters created for DC by Bob Kane with Bill Finger. In the aftermath of Bruce Wayne’s murder, his rebellious adopted son forges an unlikely alliance with the children of Batman’s enemies when they are all framed for killing the Caped Crusader.
Fans shouldn’t confuse this property with the upcoming game Gotham Knights which also deals with the death of Batman and who will defend Gotham now that he’s gone. Though the game focuses on Batman’s protégés Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, and Red Hood; the CW series will focus on a more unlikely bunch of heroes including Turner Hayes (a new character who is Bruce’s adoptive son), Stephanie Brown/Spoiler, Carrie Kelley/Robin, Harper and Cullen Row (only Harper got the Bluebird mantle), and Duela (who may or may not be the Joker’s daughter, depending on what they want to do with Harvey Dent).
Though Batman may be gone from this continuity, we do have the character of Harvey Dent played by Misha Collins. We don’t know what Gotham Knights wants to do with the character throughout the show, but you don’t just bring in a character with his history and not have him turn into the main villain somewhere down the line. All we can really do is wait and see.
Gotham Knights debuts on The CW sometime in 2023.
