Though she’s coming back for The Suicide Squad, Margot Robbie is reprising Harley Quinn for next year’s Birds of Prey. A theater-exclusive preview had been released with IT: Chapter Two, and though nothing official has been put up online, we finally have an official poster including all the other main characters.

If you remember the colorful marketing for Suicide Squad, you can see a lot of influence on the PR for Birds of Prey as well. Though I’d suspect it to be a completely different film, I guess the marketing department wants fans to associate the movie with SS, seeing as that movie did introduce us to the DCEU’s version of Harley.
Going back to the characters though, we have a better look at Ewan McGregor’s Black Mask; albeit he isn’t wearing the trademark mask in the poster, I suspect it’s going to be some kind of morbid surprise in the film. As for Chris Messina’s Victor Zsasz, you can already see him covered in scars. It’s likely the uniform scars he puts on himself are under his shirt. Then again, maybe director Cathy Yan has something different in mind for the character.
With a release date set for February of 2020, it’s likely we’ll get our first teaser for Birds of Prey soon. My guess is we’ll have something released close to Joker in October, then a full trailer comes out sometime in December.
