Besides the release of Black Widow this May, we’re also getting Marvel’s Eternals in November. The movie is currently deep into production, and some set photos give us our first look at Game of Thrones’ Richard Madden as Ikaris.
While the Eternals were revealed to have colorful costumes during their last SDCC panel, set photos of the actors have featured them wearing civilian clothing. We don’t know the extent of Ikaris’ skills in Eternels yet, but at least we know he can fly.

We know that Harington is playing Dane Whitman a.k.a. the Black Knight and he’s seen here being intimate with Chan’s Sersi. Seeing that Sersi is a member of the Eternals, it’s probably one of those forbidden romance deals, with Whitman aging like a normal human and Sersi living forever. Then again, the source of Black Knight’s powers are mystical, so maybe they could find a way to have him be together with Sersi? Then again, it’s still unclear what time period Dane is supposed to exist in.
I’ll admit, I’m not the most excited fan for Eternals, but maybe that’s because we haven’t gotten a good look at the movie yet. With a release date set for November, it’s likely we’ll get our first trailer sometime in June or maybe late May after the release of Black Widow.
