After Moon Knight, Marvel Studios is now gearing up to give us our next Marvel Studios show with Ms. Marvel this June. Newcomer Iman Vellani is set to play the lead, but did you know she was a fan years before she was cast?

Admittedly, Ms. Marvel is one of the more obscure Marvel heroes, but Kamala does have her fanbase, with Square Enix even going ahead and making her a major player in their Avengers game.
We don’t know how much of Kamala’s story will be kept for the Marvel series, but I hope they just stay true to the goofiness of the character. I mean, I’m not a fan of how they just decided to give her Green Lantern powers with the light projection, but hopefully they can grasp Kamala’s more awkward and funny side—plus it would be great if she managed to have some crossover episodes like she does in the comics.
Personally, I just want to hear her say her catchphrase, “Embiggen!” in the show. Don’t let me down, Marvel.
