Arrow, Supergirl, and Legends of Tomorrow have all received more than their fair share of excellent casting news. But news regarding The Flash Season 3 has been quiet, in that regard. However, the tide is changing thanks to the introduction of Harry Potter’s Tom Felton as a series regular.

According to TV Line, “Felton will play Julian Dorn, a fellow CSI at the Central City Police Department who suspects there’s more to Barry Allen than just his good guy reputation.” When he will appear is unknown, but the character’s introduction is expected early in the season. The character description lines up perfectly with previous news the show was casting a major character suspicious of Barry and his “nice guy routine.”

With the recent revelation that The Flash will explore the Flashpoint storyline, Tom Felton’s casting adds another wrinkle of excitement to the fold. More information, as well as answers and a possible sneak peak, will be revealed at this year’s San Diego Comic-ConThe Flash will have a panel on Saturday, July 23 featuring a video presentation.

The Flash returns Tuesday nights on The CW beginning October 4.
