According to a listing on GameStop, the upcoming downloadable content, Outer Rim, is set to go live April 5th at 9:00am CST. The site’s content description say players will “fight among the factories of Sullust and battle within Jabba the Hutt’s palace on Tatooine in the Star Wars Battlefront Outer Rim digital expansion.”
The Outer Rim expansion is priced at $15, but if you already have the season pass, which boasts a $50 price tag, you will have access at no additional cost. Season pass holders will also be granted early access two weeks in advance. This batch of downloadable content includes new weapons, four new maps, a new game mode (Extraction), and two new playable characters from the original trilogy — the Sullustan rebel pilot Nien Nunb and the Rodian bounty hunter Greedo.
