No Time to Die was originally set to come out in April of this year, but COVID-19 has opted for the film to be pushed back. With some theaters slowly starting to open up, MGM has decided to release a new trailer for No Time to Die, giving us a good look at the stunts and crazy gadgets that Bond will have in his disposal.
Check it out:
While we have gotten a look at the small plane with the collapsible wings, I never thought that it could turn into a submarine as well. That stunt where Bond jumps off a bridge on a rope also looks intense, and I’m wondering how much of that Daniel Craig actually did.
Just in case you didn’t know, No Time to Die will be Bond’s last hurrah as 007 and everyone is expecting a proper sendoff as well as a reveal on who the next Bond will be. While a complete reboot seems in order with Craig’s exit, I like the theory that Bond isn’t actually his name, but rather the codename that comes with the 007 mantle, therefore giving room for the story to validate all the other versions of Bond like Sean Connery or Pierce Brosnan.
While it’s not confirmed, I’m hoping we’ll get to see the new face of “James Bond” by the end of the film.
Recruited to rescue a kidnapped scientist, globe-trotting spy James Bond finds himself hot on the trail of a mysterious villain, who’s armed with a dangerous new technology.
No Time to Die is set to come out on Nov. 11.
