After Maleficent, Disney is set to make another live-action film based on a classic Disney villain. D23 gave us our first look at Emma Stone as Cruella de Vil, and now we have some set photos of Stone in character.

We see some images of Stone supposedly eating an apple, and for some reason, there looks to be a piece of banana on her face. We also see her talking to someone in a shop window, and the words written on it read “It should be fun.” Based on Stone’s outfit, I’m also suspecting that she’s working as some kind of waitress (which may also explain why she’s covered in food).
We don’t have an official synopsis for the movie yet, but there have been rumors going around that it will focus on the punk scene from the 70s. We don’t really know if any of that is true, but seeing that Cruella is all about fashion, I’m guessing we’re going to have some kind of Devil Wears Prada film, and have Cruella re-invent the fashion scene by herself—no matter what it takes.
The movie will also include her henchmen Horace and Jasper (Paul Walter Hauser, Joel Fry). We don’t know how they play into the story, but I’m guessing we’re going to see Cruella get pretty nasty in the film. Why else would she need her goons?
