A new trailer for Season 2 of Fear The Walking Dead has been revealed during the show’s panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2016. Nerdist’s Chris Hardwick kicked off the panel and went on to introduce the show’s cast and members of the production team.

Executive producer on the show, Gale Anne Hurd, said via FTWD’s official Twitter account:

“We’re going to be exploring things you’ve never seen on tv before.”

Season 2B as they are calling it is also promised to have even more infected this time around. With the nature of the show being a prequel to the events of The Walking Dead, it would make sense that there is a reduced amount of zombies. The next part of Season 2 will increase that number, however.

A new character named Luciano, played by Danay Garcia, was also revealed to be joining Season 2B.

Created by Robert Kirkman and Dave Erickson, Fear The Walking Dead premiered on AMC August 23, 2015. The first season consisted of six episodes, with the second season consisting of 15 episodes thus far, which premiered on April 10, 2016. Days later AMC announced Fear The Walking Dead had been renewed for a 16 episode third season to air in 2017, not to be confused with Season 2B.

The U.S. series premiere of Season 1 attracted 10.1 million total viewers, whereas the premiere of the second season attracted 6.7 million viewers. The show’s critical reception was slightly above average but isn’t held in as high regard as the main show.

The show stars Kim Dickens (Madison Clark), Cliff Curtis (Travis Manawa), Frank Dillane (Nick Clark), Alycia Debnam-Carey (Alicia Clark), Elizabeth Rodriguez (Liza Ortiz) Mercedes Mason (Ofelia Salazar), Lorenzo James Henrie (Christopher Manawa), Rubén Blades (Daniel Salazar) and Colman Domingo (Victor Strand).

Fear The Walking Dead returns to screens on August 21.
