Marvel’s Inhumans continues to gather mixed Reviews

Marvel’s Inhumans has been barraged with negative comments and media since the release of its first trailer. Needless to say, Marvel may not be getting the hit TV show it was expecting.

The show is expected to hit screens on ABC on September 29 and IMAX on September 1, but it has premiered in IMAX in certain areas already. Although there have been negative reviews based on the trailer, a few fans have reported their surprise with how good the first few episodes are. One fan commented that they were hoping for a fun show in which it delivered. Another responded with a comment saying “I’m just going to come out and say it: I loved Inhumans. Rhein and Mount are so damn good. Cannot wait to see more of Crystal and Lockjaw.”

So what positive reviews has the show received?

Many fans were dismayed with the production quality and aesthetic look of Medusa’s hair which looks to be CGI in the trailer. Although the story has been received well, the quality of the show has been heavily critiqued. The show has also come with some hesitation as it used Iron Fist showrunner, Scott Buck. Iron Fist was not received well and although being popular on Netflix, it was not popular with critics. Marvel’s Inhumans will not premiere on Netflix but instead on Disney’s ABC platform where Marvel’s Agents of Shield already takes a spot.

Marvel’s Inhumans is based on a community of super humans who fight to protect themselves. The show stars Sonya Balmores, Isabelle Cornish, Iwan Rheon and Eme Ikwuakor.
