Last weekend, Twitter was bombarded with tweets for #ReleasetheSnyderCut on the anniversary of Justice League’s theatrical release. The movement reportedly got up to more than 600k tweets, and now big actors like Gal Gadot, Ray Fisher, and even Zack Snyder himself have showed their support for the film.

While Jason Momoa has been the most active about the release of the cut, it’s great to see support from the other main League members. We don’t have anything official from WB as of now, but with Snyder himself chiming in, you can’t help but wonder just how close we really are to getting the Snyder cut officially released.
Say that things do go the fans’ way, it’s curious how WB will decide to go about releasing the Snyder Cut. While we have gotten special edition cuts released before, there’s an interesting proposition by BossLogic to have it put up to WB’s main streaming service, HBO Max:

Personally I would be all up for a theatrical release, and with all this support coming out online, I wouldn’t doubt that people would be lining up to see this film. Then again, maybe a limited theatrical release would be the safer bet on WB’s part.
A Snyder Cut of Justice League has not been officially announced, but after all this positive buzz, I hope we get some kind of reveal before 2019 ends.
