Hugh Jackman Shares Wolverine Throwback on Logan Anniversary

Hugh Jackman had said goodbye to the Wolverine role with Logan back in 2017, and needless to say, it was one of the best ends to a character arc that started in 2000. With the movie hitting it’s 3-year anniversary, Jackman has decided to share this neat throwback photos from the film.

Check them out:

At 49-years-old, it’s pretty impressive how Jackman was able to bulk up the way he did in the movie. If anything, he just keeps upping the game when it comes to these superhero bodies. I can only imagine what Marvel Universe heroes will look like in the next five years.

With the X-Men set to join the MCU in the next few years, a lot of people have been asking for Jackman to be brought back for the part of Wolverine. Personally, I think he already did the best kind of sendoff with Logan, and I’m eager to have someone else take on the role; hopefully someone more close to the comic version of Logan—short and rough around the edges.

20th Century Fox in association with Marvel Entertainment presents “The New Mutants,” an original horror thriller set in an isolated hospital where a group of young mutants is being held for psychiatric monitoring. When strange occurrences begin to take place, both their new mutant abilities and their friendships will be tested as they battle to try and make it out alive.

While Wolverine’s story is done, we have one last foray into the Marvel Fox world with The New Mutants. Catch the movie when it comes out April 3, 2020.
