Funko Reveals Justice League Pop! Vinyl Figures

It still feels like there is a long wait ahead for Justice League’s opening in theaters this fall. Fortunately, there is plenty to look forward to before then. Of course, Wonder Woman’s standalone comes to mind, as it releases June 2. And who knows what other announcements Warner Bros. has up its sleeve? But Funko just added to the excitement, officially unveiling Pop! Vinyl figures for each member of the League. Superman may be absent in the film’s promotional material, but his figure is certainly a stand out. Check them all out in the images below.

Funko is set to release the figures this summer; they are to hit store shelves on August 12. Each of the League members are equipped with their standard garb. However, it appears that Batman is donning his tactical armor for this particular figure. Perhaps, akin to his Batman v Superman Pop! figure, the Dark Knight will receive variations. If so, here’s to hoping some of his comrades are similarly treated. Our fingers are still crossed that Henry Cavill’s Man of Steel will return wearing black — needless to say, it would make for a fine figure.

The Justice League film’s synopsis is as follows:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s (Henry Cavill) selfless act, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) enlists newfound ally Diana Prince to face an even greater threat. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to recruit a team to stand against this newly awakened enemy. Despite the formation of an unprecedented league of heroes — Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash — it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.”

Justice League is slated to hit theaters later this year on November 17.
