What Should CW’s Next Arrowverse Crossover Be About?

The DC TV shows on The CW are getting another major crossover this year. Fans of the Arrowverse should expect what’s being described as “two, two-hour movies” this November. Last year’s crossover had a three-part overarching arc based on the Invasion! storyline from the comics. (Yes, it was technically a four-parter, but the Supergirl portion left a lot to be desired.)

This time around, according to Marc Guggenheim, we are promised a full-on crossover that won’t worry too much about the Supergirl episode solely revolving around Supergirl or the Arrow part mostly focusing on Oliver Queen. Which is a shame, because it worked amazingly for last year’s Arrow episode that hit its 100th milestone. Also, The Flash’s set-up episode and Legends of Tomorrow‘s wrap-up episode worked respectably, putting their characters’ as the focal point and simultaneously moving the crossover story along. This time we have all of the characters and two consecutive movies. Since last year’s plot was loosely based on a comic book event, we thought to look through DC Comics‘ library and come up with ideas for the next Arrowverse crossover.
