Better Call Saul may have been delayed on account of El Camino coming out this year, but it looks like we don’t have to wait too long before we get more of Saul Goodman and associates. Just in, they’ve released a tease announcing the return of BCS in early 2020.

We also got some photos for returning characters like Kim, Gus, Mike, and Huell. Plus, we also get to see Jimmy wearing the loud colors that Saul was known for when we meet him in Breaking Bad.
We also see a photo of Jimmy with Nacho, and if you did your research, Saul actually mentions Nacho in his very first BB episode. It’s curious how Jimmy finds himself working with Nacho again, after the whole fiasco with Tuco.
I have to say, though Breaking Bad certainly has more prestige, I really love how Better Call Saul has spun off on its own. The characters are really well crafted, and the drama and filmmaking in every episode is phenomenal. Nobody even had to die in the last finale, yet everyone’s hearts broke when we see Jimmy make that sly smile and say, “It’s all good, man!”
While the show is running the same course as Breaking Bad with five seasons, there’s still no mention if this is the last we’ll see of Slippin’ Jimmy. While I would love to see it go on, I think Vince Gilligan is smart enough to know when a show has run its course. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see to find out if that’s true for Better Call Saul.
Better Call Saul returns Feb. 23, 2020.
