After being confirmed as the home of Supergirl Season 2, The CW have announced their schedule for the new TV season. With the series now the fourth DC adaptation on the network, their latest line up has a very comic heavy look.

Supergirl may have switched networks, but it remains in the same timeslot for Season 2. It will kick off the week of DC action at 8pm on Monday nights. The bosses at the network will be hoping that brings similar ratings to what the first season had on CBS. It could also be the start of some week-long DC crossovers.

Both Arrow and The Flash are returning, and they’ve kept the same timeslots. Both have been huge hits for The CW, and they’re only going to get bigger with even more shows in their universe. Those two crossover in episode eight each season, and they should have plenty more friends along for the ride this time around.

One interesting thing that came out of the schedule is the future of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. While we knew it was getting a second season, it was unclear when it would start. Having launched in January this year for 16 episode run, it seems to be getting a full season this year.

The network’s other comic shows, iZombie and Riverdale look set to be mid-season additions. Long running CW show Supernatural is moving to Thursday nights, having previously been on Wednesdays. Below you can see exactly what’s coming up later this year:
