UPDATE:

Mark Hamill. What can we say? If he was selling ocean front property in Arizona, we’d throw every last penny at the man.

Why would we so blindly buy anything he sells? Because we trust him. The kids in us who watched his onscreen heroism in wonder and admiration just cannot believe the same man would ever, dare we say, LIE to us. And after he’d punk’d us once, he surely wouldn’t do so again, especially after promising.

The cruelty. The sheer cruelty of raising our gullible little hopes and dashing them against the wall. We shan’t be taken in again, Mr. Hamill (yeah right).

yoda, star wars, mark hamill, luke skywalker, lies deceit, mistrust, his ways now, attack of the clones, count dooku

How on earth do you sleep at night, Mark Hamill? Sigh. Probably with a grin.

posted earlier today:

Mark Hamill has promised to post an approved Star Wars: Episode VIII spoiler on Twitter today. More importantly, this time he’s marked it with the hashtag #NoAprilFools:

On April Fool’s Day, Hamill got everyone hot and bothered with promises of revealing some juicy Episode VIII tidbit only to come back and admit he’d been messing with us all along.

shrek, gingerbread man, you're a monster, mark hamill, star wars spoiler

How do you sleep at night, Mark?

We’ll be watching Twitter closely today. Not sure what on earth will be revealed nor how big it’ll be, but one thing’s for sure: it will likely explain absolutely nothing. Who cares? We take what we can get.

Mark Hamill reprises his role as Luke Skywalker in Star Wars: Episode VIII alongside Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver and Carrie Fisher. The saga of the Skywalker family will continue to unfold as well as the story of new characters Rey, Finn and Poe Dameron as they struggle with The Resistance to bring down the evil First Order, led by Supreme Leader Snoke and his apprentice, Kylo Ren.

Star Wars: Episode VIII is set for release December 15, 2017.
