Two decades. It’s been almost that long since the poor man’s N’Sync, The Backstreet Boys, gave the world with their mock horror video Everybody (Backstreet’s Back). Next month, April Fool’s day to be exact, Backstreet’s back again to in another mock horror spectacle.

This time it appears to be with much less dancing. Dead 7 is written by Backstreet Boy Nick Carter and brought to you by Syfy, the same network that gave the world the Sharknado epic saga.

The preview for this was released a few days ago on SyFy’s page for the movie along with a descrption:

“Oh my God, they’re back again! This post-apocalyptic Western follows a group of gunslingers as they look to rid a small town of a zombie plague.”

To be fair, only three Backstreet Boys (Nick Carter, Howie Dorough and A.J. McLean) are invloved. Though they are bringing ‘N Sync’s Joey Fatone, O-Town’s Jacob Underwood, and 98 Degrees’ Jeff Timmons along for the ride.

How will Nick Carter’s transition from playing a mummy in 1997 to cowboy zombie fighter in 2016 turn out? Tune in April 1st and judge for yourself.
