When people think about Captain America: Civil War, they think of the airport scene. It takes the double-page spread of an epic comic-book fight and whacks it on the big screen. Every character has their moment in the spotlight, with a certain web-slinger undoubtedly stealing the show. The action is well choreographed and each encounter has a degree of emotional resonance.

Well, one YouTube creator has taken this tremendous sequence one step further. Huxley Berg Studios has recreated the airport sequence in its entirety using LEGO. Dialogue is stripped straight from the movie, alongside the non-diegetic sounds like Henry Jackman’s score. It is a faithful recreation that packs the scene’s signature moments, like the runway stand-off and Ant-Man becoming Giant-Man. The video has over 20,000 views as of the time of writing, and credits other YouTube creators for assisting in the post-production process.

Other videos on the channel include the Deadpool Red Band trailer getting the LEGO treatment, and Hulk vs Hulkbuster from Avengers: Age of Ultron. Both of those videos have over 1 million views.

The real Captain America: Civil War was directed by Joe and Anthony Russo. It banked over $1.13 billion at the box-office. Marvel’s latest superhero blockbuster released on Blu-Ray and DVD earlier this month, with a ton of bonus features including a directors commentary.

“Political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability when the actions of the Avengers lead to collateral damage. The new status quo deeply divides members of the team. Captain America (Chris Evans) believes superheroes should remain free to defend humanity without government interference. Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) sharply disagrees and supports oversight. As the debate escalates into an all-out feud, Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) must pick a side.”
